What type of counselling approaches do your team use?
Our team use a mix of different modalities in their counselling and we pride ourselves in continuous learning to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest in research.
Emily uses a person-centered approach and brings lived experience as a queer, cis-gender and neurodivergent practitioner.
Stacey uses a mix of modalities in her work including IFS (Internal Family Systems), accelerated resolution therapy, EFT (emotion-focused therapy), schema therapy and a person-centered approach. Stacey also brings lived experience as a queer, cis-gender and neurodivergent (AuDHD) practitioner.
