Find your sexual side
Education about pleasure from sex and self has been lacking.
Gendered socialisation in particular, teaches many to please others and ignore their own needs and bodies. Exposure to painful, passive or unenjoyable sex is common. These expectations set up us for a lot of disappointment.
Whilst some people are and will always be in touch with their sexuality, for some it’s about figuring out what turns you on (and what turns you off), and being open to exploration. We use evidence-based science, paired with your intuition and personal expertise to guide you and promise to give you the most interesting homework you’ve ever been given.

Gendered socialisation in particular teaches many to please others and ignore their own needs and bodies. Exposure to painful, passive or unenjoyable sex is common. These expectations set up us for a lot of disappointment.
I became a sexologist to change that. Whilst some people are and will always be in touch with their sexuality, for some it’s about figuring out what turns you on (and what turns you off), and being open to exploration. I use sexology to guide you and promise to give you the most interesting homework you’ve ever been given.
