Our team are trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities and use the appropriate tools as required or can can tailor to a clients preference including:

  • IFS – Internal Family Systems (parts work)
  • ART – Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Eye-movement therapy similar to EMDR)
  • Schema Therapy
  • ACT – acceptance and commitment therapy
  • Attachment Therapy
 

Depending on where you are on your journey, we can move fast or slow finding the right pace for your system. Some of our modalities are quick in resolving both single-event or PTSD and complex trauma CPTSD, ongoing anxiety, depression, phobias and even gets results with chronic pain, whilst some are slower-paced allowing your system to build safety and trust in the process.
